Every year, we get all staff together for our Annual Symposium. Spread over two days, you will hear from internal and external special guest presenters on relevant topics. The programme is designed to provide a mix of information, processes, site tours, master class deliveries, “In the spotlight” presentations by staff, “Did you know sessions?”, and of course, friendly interaction with your co-workers from our different offices. It’s not all work, the evening entertainment and get-together is often talked about for many months later. Go-Kart Racing, Clay Target Shooting, Gin Distillery, Trivia Evenings, BBQs, Dinners, Shows, etc. are some of the previous evening sessions. We respect everyone wants their family time, so unlike many company retreats run by other businesses, we don’t do this on a weekend – we schedule it during your normal weekday (so you even get paid for attending).
