GEOTECHNICAL

Brandon & Associates has completed a variety of on-site geotechnical inspections for both private and public organisations.  Our services have included geotechnical drilling supervision, inspection and certification of foundation excavations and bored pier footings.  For each project, we ensured compliance with design documentation including bearing capacities, cleanliness, reinforcing and data recording of timelines.

We have overcome many challenges and created innovative strategies to overcome verification of soil conditions by comparing cutting from machinery to bore logs and to those of third-party geotechnical companies to achieve accurate determinations.

Due to the diverse range of project locations, Brandon & Associates has gained valuable experience and learnings including the visual differentiations of varying ground conditions, between hard clay soils from soft rock and that of harder rock materials.
